Affirmation of Beauty:
The 5 Minute Self-Esteem Secret!

affirmation of beauty

Do you see a wonderful, attractive person? If not, why not?

Self esteem is the most important attribute you can ever develop, and that includes love for your own body.

People with high self esteem are happier, less vulnerable to stress, and make more money. They speak out more. They get more out of life.

No matter how tall or short you are, no matter what you weigh, if you don’t look in the mirror and love what you see, then you’ve got a big problem, and it might not what you think it is.

What’s the problem?

meaning of low self esteem: its an ongoing battle, but positive affirmations can fix it! signs of low self esteem in a woman

It’s not the size of your breasts.

Women have won international beauty contests with A cups. Some of the most powerful men in history have been brought to their knees by extremely petite women.

They’ve also been mesmerized by voluptuous women. How is this possible?

It’s not the size of your muscles.

I’ve seen both skinny and overweight guys get chased by gorgeous women. They didn’t have wealth or fame, either. One of them didn’t even have a car.

But they had something.

What did they have?

The most beautiful, seductive people on the planet have always had something far more powerful than any specific configuration of body parts, en vogue at the moment, technically pleasing to the eye.

They had self esteem, and self esteem is absolutely intoxicating! It draws other people into you. It bends their perspectives to your will.

In the 1980’s, women didn’t want to have big butts. Everyone wanted to be as thin as possible.

Then Jennifer Lopez came along and changed everything. She wasn’t the first woman on TV with a big butt, but she might have been the first who was proud of it!

And the whole world nodded their heads in agreement.

Are you getting the picture?

Affirmation of Beauty:

What is Self Esteem?

affirmation of beauty

It’s loving yourself: your talents, your interests, the way you talk, the way you dress, your sense of humor, even your flaws. Everything!

Loving your body and face are a huge part of the equation.

It’s what you show to the world. It’s what everybody sees. It’s the physical manifestation of your unique genetic code.

Why do so many of us hate how we look?

what is the cause of low self esteem

Teasing. Sometimes the effects of teasing never go away.

Some jerk said you had a big nose when you were a kid, and you replayed that insult so many times in your mind, that you began to permanently think you had a big nose.

You always loved your face before. The size and shape of your nose was fine. Then a single insult changed everything. What changed?

Your nose didn’t do anything. It was your mentality that changed! And you can’t fix your mentality by cutting off 20% of your nose, no matter what the plastic surgeon says.

You can’t improve your mind by radically altering your body, any more than you can fix the foundation of your house by repainting the car! They’re two totally different things!

Self loathing manifests itself in plastic surgery.

affirmation of beauty

“I’ll just fix this one part of myself, then I’ll have the confidence I’ve always wanted.”

Plastic surgeons make an average of $526,000 per year, and they’re more than happy to oblige you!

And surgery will give you confidence – for a few months. Eventually, the feeling wears off.
As you get used to your new body, your mind falls right back to baseline: low self esteem that continues to go unaddressed, and the constant wondering about what you can fix next in order to feel good again.

Michael Jackson was the poster boy for body dysmorphic disorder, but the problem has become ever more prevalent since the advent of social media. (Get off social media!)

Affirmation of Beauty:

Raise your baseline!

You can put a $15,000 band-aid on your self esteem by paying a plastic surgeon to cut into you, or inject your butt and lips with god-knows-what chemical.

You could also snort some coke. That’ll temporarily raise your self esteem, too (before destroying your life).

Or, you can do what’s right. Get control of your mind! Solve the problem from the inside, not from the outside.

Boost your self esteem! Train yourself to love what you see in the mirror. Do it everyday until the affirmations take hold.

Conquer your low self esteem once and for all by using affirmations!

“Beauty” constantly changes.

Our concept of beauty is extremely malleable. One year, curly hair is in fashion. The next year, straight hair is in.

One year, large breasts are in style. The next year, all you see are petite women in the media.

Trying to keep up with these trends is a recipe for psychological disaster. The fact that perspectives on what’s beautiful and what isn’t changes so drastically, and so often, proves that it’s all just a matter of opinion, and opinions can change.

Your opinion of yourself can change.

So change it!

If you hate how you look, you’ve got a problem. But it doesn’t cost $30,000 and several weeks of physical pain and suffering to fix it!

It just takes a few minutes a day of self-directed, mental programming via affirmations. It’s free, and the results are more immediate than you think.

Affirmation of Beauty:

Train yourself to LOVE how you look.

Self esteem is sexy. Confidence is sexy.

When you love how you look – when you walk through the world like someone who loves who they are – the world follows suit.

The best looking men and women in the world aren’t always “classically beautiful,” whatever that means. But they’ve got a spark. A vibe. What is it?

It’s self esteem, and it’s intoxicating.

How to get there?

Positive Affirmations

Affirm your own beauty.

You don’t need anyone else to tell you you’re beautiful. Decide for yourself that you’re beautiful, now, and drill the thought into your head ever single day using affirmations.

Muhammad Ali was the greatest fighter who ever lived. In his old age, he admitted that he started calling himself “The Greatest” long before he ever believed it.

But the more he said it to himself, the more he felt like the greatest, and the whole world eventually took him at his word.

Affirmation of Beauty:

The Method

Read these affirmations every single day for 5 minutes straight. (You can watch the video, too.)

Read them in a location where you’ll be free from distractions.

Set a countdown timer so that you can concentrate on the affirmations, instead of frequently wondering how much time has elapsed.

After a minute or two, you’ll feel your mind beginning to relax. It will feel almost like meditation or a form of hypnosis. That’s great!

It means your subconscious mind is opening up to the suggestions. Your new thoughts are taking root!

Pretty soon, you’ll feel different about yourself. You’ll like who you see in the mirror. You’ll start to love your body and face.

As you begin to appreciate your body more, you’ll become more inclined to take care of it by eating right and exercising. Not because you dislike how it looks, but because you want to preserve it the way the owner of a beautiful Lamborghini wants to preserve his prized possession.

Everyone deserves to feel good about their body. It’s the only one you have.

Every affirmation of beauty brings you closer to feeling like you want to feel, and being who you’ve always wanted to be.

Love yourself.

Good luck!
